Shipping
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer two types of shipping, depending on the items in your order:
- Ground Shipping: Available for most standard items and delivered via FedEx, UPS, or similar carriers. Delivery timelines are typically 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page or below.
- White Glove Delivery: Available for mattresses, box springs, and select furniture items. This service includes in-home delivery, setup, and removal of packaging. Delivery timelines are typically:
- Mattresses and box springs: 4–6 weeks
- Furniture: 6–8 weeks
You will be contacted by our delivery partner (RXO/DHL) to schedule a convenient delivery date once your order is ready.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 United States.
However, mattresses, box springs, and bed frames cannot be shipped to Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI).

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military Bases?
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Orders must be placed with a valid physical shipping address.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Most standard items can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii; an additional $30 fee per product applies to eligible shipments.
Please note, mattresses, box springs, and furniture are not eligible for delivery.
Can I place an order with an international billing address?
Orders must be placed with a U.S. billing and shipping address. We do not currently support international billing or checkout.
Do all items in an order ship together?
Items may ship separately depending on the supplier fulfilling your order.
You will only be charged once for the total amount shown at checkout.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are based on your order subtotal before taxes are applied.
Please note: Ground shipping rates do not apply to mattresses, box springs, or furniture. These items have flat-rate delivery fees:
- Mattresses and box springs (includes white glove delivery): $195
- Furniture (includes white glove delivery; additional details in Furniture and Home Decor): $200
- The Marriott Foam Mattress (shipped via FedEx, no set up or haul away): $185

Mattresses
Mattresses and box springs are delivered via white glove service within 4–6 weeks. This service includes delivery, setup, and packaging removal for a flat fee of $195.
The Marriott Foam Mattress ships via FedEx within 1–2 weeks for a flat fee of $185 and does not include setup or haul-away.
We do not ship mattresses, box springs, or bed frames to Alaska or Hawaii.
How will my mattress be shipped to me?
After your order is placed, our delivery partner (RXO or DHL) will contact you within 1–4 weeks to schedule delivery.
Delivery must be completed within 30 days of initial outreach. RXO will not hold the mattress for longer than 30 days.
If you ordered a Universal Metal Bedframe, this will be delivered by FedEx within 1-2 weeks. Assembly is not included and must be completed by the customer.
What is white glove delivery?
White glove delivery is a service we offer in partnership with RXO and DHL to ensure the mattress and box spring is conveniently delivered to your bedroom and packaging is removed.
RXO or DHL will transport the mattress up to three flights of stairs (at the carriers’ discretion) or use an elevator if available.
Does white glove delivery include mattress haul-away?
Yes, haul-away is included at no additional cost for standard mattress deliveries.
Please note:
- Heavily soiled or unsanitary mattresses cannot be removed
- Mattresses over 200lbs may not be eligible for haul-away
- In the event the mattress cannot be hauled-away, the RXO/DHL delivery team may help move it outside or to a garage
Are mattress orders refundable or cancelable?
Mattresses and box springs are made to order and are final sale.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a quality concern, please contact Customer Support at +1 (833)-761-0968 or shop@marriott.com to initiate a warranty claim.
Additional mattress FAQs:
- All mattresses are compatible with adjustable bedframes (except the Marriott Foam Mattress)
- King and Cal King box springs are delivered in two pieces
Furniture and Home Décor
The Marriott Bonvoy Boutiques Design Shop offers a variety of furniture and home décor items. Lead times vary based on the product.
- Furniture (bed frames, nightstands, and benches): Made to order with an expected lead time of 6–8 weeks. Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule delivery once your order is ready. White glove service is included and provides in home delivery, setup, and assembly.
- Rugs (8x10 and smaller): Ship via FedEx and follow standard shipping timeframes.
- Rugs (8x11 and larger): Ship within 1 week of purchase via ground delivery. Delivery timing may vary based on size and location.
- Artwork: Ships within 3 weeks of purchase and follows standard shipping timeframes once shipped.
Is there a delivery fee for furniture?
Yes, furniture has a flat delivery fee of $200 per item,which includes white glove delivery, setup, and packaging removal.
If your order also includes a mattress or box spring, a $195 white glove delivery fee will apply separately for those items.
What can I expect for delivery of furniture?
Within 8 weeks of purchase, our delivery partner (RXO) will contact you to schedule delivery.
Please note that furniture delivery must be completed within 30 days of initial outreach.
Will my furniture be assembled?
Yes, white glove delivery includes assembly, setup, and packaging removal.
We recommend inspecting your furniture both before and after assembly. If anything is not as expected, please contact Customer Support at shop@marriott.com or +1 (833) 761 0968.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and unwashed. To start a return, visit our returns portal.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Mattresses
- Box springs
- Furniture
- Any item marked “final sale”
Are bundles or sets returnable?
Yes, bundles and sets can be returned. All items in the set must be returned to receive a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Do you offer gift returns?
We do not currently support gift returns. Please contact the original purchaser to initiate a return.
Are returns free?
A $15 return fee may be deducted from your refund for each return label (or 3,000 points for points purchases).
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after your return is received and inspected, which typically takes 2–4 days.
Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear.
Is anything final sale?
Yes. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Mattresses
- Box springs
- Furniture
- Any item marked “final sale”
