Which forms of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Marriott Bonvoy points.
Can I use a Marriott Bonvoy Gift Card?
At this time, we will not be accepting Marriott Bonvoy Gift Cards. Please check back as we continue to enhance the site.
Points Redemption
Important Note: To earn and redeem points, you must log in using your Marriott Bonvoy account information. Log in can be found by clicking the Account icon on the upper right-hand side of the site.
Can I pay for products with Marriott Bonvoy points?
Yes. To pay with points, use the toggle on the upper right-hand side of the product page to see total point value for the product and then add the items to cart.
Can I pay with a mix of “Cash” and Marriott Bonvoy points?
Not currently. Orders must be fully paid with either points or cash.
I do not have enough points to pay for my order. What can I do?
You can either choose a different payment option or you can purchase more points at the Marriott Bonvoy Buy Points page. Please note that all Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions, including minimum point purchase and annual maximum point purchase requirements apply for purchasing points.
How long after a return or cancellation will it take for my Marriott Bonvoy points to be added back to my account?
Please allow 7-10 business days.
Points Earn

Can I earn Marriott Bonvoy points when I make a purchase?
Members may earn 5 base points for every U.S. dollar spent on eligible Marriott Bonvoy Boutiques purchases. Marriott Bonvoy members must login to the Marriott Bonvoy Boutiques website ahead of placing their order to earn points. Taxes, shipping, and other fees determined by Marriott Bonvoy do not count towards the spend and are not eligible for earning points. Points will be added to your account approximately 40 days after all items in the order have shipped.
Note: members will not earn points on an order paid for with points.
If I have a Marriott Bonvoy credit card, will I also earn points when I use that card to make a purchase?
Yes, points awarded are in addition to any points earned with any Marriott cobrand credit card.
How long does it take for points to post to my account?
Please allow up to 40 days from shipment of product for points to be awarded to your account.
Product Warranty
Do you offer a warranty on any of your products?
Yes, we offer a mattress warranty that protects the original purchaser from the day you receive your mattress and covers you for up to 10 years, or when you no longer own the product. In the event of a repair or replacement of your mattress or foundation, the warranty protection is still from the original date of purchase.
What is the process of submitting a mattress warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, fill out our contact us form here, or call our Customer Service team at +1 (833)-761-0968. Our team will send you a warranty claim form to complete and return. Once our team receives the completed form, we will share with our manufacturer who will review and decide whether the claim is approved.
What is covered by a mattress warranty?
Your warranty covers mattress issues including torn cord handles or bar tack handles, stitches pulled out of the handle where sewn onto the mattress, or tears in the mattress fabric where the handles are attached, coils or wires that are loose, broken, or protrude through fabric, body indentions, and sagging. Your warranty also covers foundation issues including splits in the wood frame, bent, loose or defective beams, and/or center support rail, loose or broken box spring wire, un-recovered compression of steel components, u-stapling of steal components, and sagging.

Do you still offer subscriptions?
Currently, we do not have new subscription programs available. However, customers who purchased a subscription plan prior to June 24, 2025, will continue to have their plan serviced. For questions on those subscriptions, please email shop@marriott.com.
Do I need to be a Marriott Bonvoy member to purchase an item?
No, you do not need to be a Marriott Bonvoy member to purchase an item.
I do not have a Marriott Bonvoy account. Where can I sign up?
You can sign up for your free Marriott Bonvoy account at the Join Marriott Bonvoy page. Remember, if you sign up for Marriott Bonvoy membership, you can earn points on your purchase here.
I need help logging into my Marriott Bonvoy account or have a question about my points balance. Where can I get help?

Are these used products from our hotels?
All products are brand new, never used products, but offer the same great level of comfort you experience in our hotels.
Are these products commercial grade?
Yes, many of our products are experienced by millions of our guests every year. Our products may feel different from residential products as they are made with higher quality materials and tested to withstand increased usage and washes.
Will you haul away my old mattress?
All our innerspring mattress delivery services include removal (or hauling away) of the old mattress. The Marriott Foam Mattress ships standard ground and does not include white glove or haul away services.
